Overview: a comfortable coastal retreat in the heart of Cadgwith
Spinnaker is a thoughtfully renovated holiday cottage combining traditional Cornish charm with modern comfort. Our family holiday home for three generations and hosting guests since 2018, Spinnaker has been upgraded to a high standard throughout, offering a welcoming and well-equipped base for families, couples, and friend for either a summer or winter break.
There is easily controllable electric heating with a wood burner for those colder nights. WIFI is available and for the younger ones there is a travel cot and high chairs provided.
We know holidays are better with your dog. Spinnaker welcomes well-behaved pets, with coastal walks right from the doorstep and miles of scenic paths to explore.
The accommodation briefly comprises:
Downstairs

- Large open plan living and dining area with great sea views, TV and wood burner.
- Modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher
- Utility room with washing machine and second fridge /freezer
- Separate toilet
- Twin bedroom with on suite shower room
Upstairs
- Double room with king sized bed and extensive sea views
- Twin bedroom
- Bathroom with bath and separate shower
Outside
- Large patio area with barbeque and heater leading onto a lawn all over looking the sea
- Extensive sloping lawns
- Parking for three cars. Please note that there are steps up to the house from all parking areas (and unfortunately not accessible by ramp)
- Garage under the house which is very useful for storing bikes, kayaks and fishing tackle
